Overview

BT were keeping track of their fleets performance over multiple, fragmented systems. They came to our agency looking to consolidate everything under one easy to use dashboard.

Using an experience map we we're able to take a step back and understand the pain points their users we're experiencing. With the new redesign we looked to address these, they can now see a clear overview of their entire fleet in one place and keep it running smoothly and efficiently.
